In terms of accuracy.. designated sniper rilfes tend to be more accurate than factory rifles (hunting) per se.
Target rifles generally tend to custom.
For example.. with 2 MoA accuracy youre pretty good for F Class which simulates tactical in prone.
For 1000 yd bench rest... 2 MOA wont get you in top 50... then again they are very different in perspective and rules.
The current 1000 yd Benchrest group 5 hots is somehwere under 3 inches.. youre not going to get that with a typical hunting/sniper/target rifle.
