Can one import this under renowned shot category in 308 Win. and 7mm BR. (minus the tripod of course). I am sure there must be some arrangement to install an aperture sight as well.

Why on earth would you want 7 BR ina rifle? It certainly isnt an accurate caliber.
If you want an accurate rifle for ISSF Full bore, you're better off with 6 NBR and a rifle from Grunig or Keppler which would run rings around this one and a 6 BR will beat a .308.
