Alan Bro, you may have a luck. Today I had a discussion over phone with Mr. Prasad Mirley of Tata archives pune. I have explained him everything and then he said that he has all the legal documents copy for army navy building ownership and there was a claim by some fellow on 1969 that copy he also has. For rest he asked me to contact tata archives Mumbai. I called up there and got a call back from Ms Neera aggarwal. After I have explained her everything she gave me her mail ID and asked to give all the details we are searching for. I have sent her a mail. Let's hope that we may hit something though it's still a very long shot.
