Bushnell 3-9×40 air rifle scope
Hai.,
My new bushnell scope mounted in nx200 athena
And tried to set zero target, still needs 10 inches to move vertical upwards, but up adjusting screw came to end position, cannot adjust further, tried shooting distance from 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 yards but result remains the same !
What will be the problem?
Find the attachment encl.,

Not enough elevation on your bases. In a centre fire, I would say get your self a 20 MoA base. Trigonometry and ballistics being what they are, I think this would apply to your air rifle too

Mostly Bushnell scopes available in India are duplicate. First check your scope is original or not.saravananazhar wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 2:09 pmHai.,

You can put 2 layers of x ray films cut into size ,below the scope tube i.e. above the the rear mount. That will raise the rear side of the scope ( that means the scope in an decline position). This method is called sheeming the scope. You can have better understanding by refereing the same from pyramydair video in youtube. Through this method the point of impact will rise. Adjust the number of layers till you have the desired result. But the caution is that do not put a thick layer, otherwise the tube of the scope will bend.

Re: Bushnell 3-9×40 air rifle scope
Hi,
Clarify this -I have a scope mounted air rifle,
For example if i set zero target from a distance 30 yards,
My question is-
This zero setting will work perfect for all distance or should i adjust for 10, 20, 40, 50 yards etc.,

You can use the Hawke Chair gun App to get better clarity on your specific airgun.
