New addition to the family...

Post by conty1 » Thu Oct 18, 2012 8:26 am

Went to Indiana to get a cooler for the garage and ended up picking up one of these. Did have to trade in the Sigarms Trailside(Also a .22) for it but I think its a pretty good deal. Whaddya think?

Ohh! Very nice.
Have you shot it yet? What is the accuracy like?
I wish you would have had it at the IFG meet. We had plenty of ammo for it.

Not yet... havent had a chance to shoot it yet. But based on the reviews online, it does a pretty good job at it.

I know man... first I didn't get a chance to use any of my shotguns there and I didn't bring the trailside that we couold have shot!! :P

Anyway, thinking about taking the Mossberg for some squirrel hunting later this year.

Cheers,
Amit

Is it a .22?
Magazine of the rifle appears to be too big for a .22 cartridge.

Vineet, the magazine is encased in a shell made to resemble the .223 magazine.

There is a review HERE
However, it looks like Amit has the newer version without the carry handle and with a 16 inch barrel instead of an 18 inch barrel.
