The author A.A. Gill (not of Indian origin) seems to have got most of his impressions right and has expressed himself in his inimitable, 'in your face' manner. Although, I must say, I think he may not have spent enough time in the UAE to actually absorb and assimilate the whole picture from a depth of field perspective?!
