Can anyone please let me know how to buy a semi-automatic AK 100 variant (my choice is AK 104 7.62 x 39 calib)

Very Simple:
1)Give CDS/NDA exam.
2)Join Army or Navy.
3)Volunteer for Army Special Forces or Navy's MARCOS.
Follow the steps let alone buy you will be allowed to kill people legally with the AK 104/AK 104.
On a Serious Note,read the Indian Arms act there is a lot of shock and sadness awaiting you.

my friend semi-auto rifles are completely prohibited for civilians in India, like boris said join ARMY, BTW get some airsoft assault rifles and fulfill your fantasies..
