Hi,
I am getting a licence for sbbl/dbbl on monday, I am confused about choosing between shotguns,
I applied of 12 bore because i was in mood to buy pump action thinking of budget of 1L but
I am not getting a reliable piece either,
I am new to big guns I own a .32 iof used revolver, So should i stick to 12 bore or should i change it to
rifle, as i was also thinking of .22 rifle
What would be cost of .22 ammo
Also approx price in up uttarakhand for IOF ashani pistol,
Buying a rifle or shotgun

Re: Buying a rifle or shotgun
I was under the impression that your query has been solved at http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 21&start=0I am getting a licence for sbbl/dbbl on monday, I am confused about choosing between shotguns,
What is your intended purpose? If it is home defense then 12 bore shotgun is good option. If your purpose is plinking etc. then .22 rifle. Rather than applying for SBBL/DBBL you could have applied for NPB Shotgun/Rifle. If NPB Shotgun/Rifle is written on your license you can buy any NPB shotgun or rifle. So should i stick to 12 bore or should i change it to rifle, as i was also thinking of .22 rifle
