Indians For Guns

I was at the local gun shop (Australia) and came across a trophy. I wasn't able to take a pic as cameras were not allowed in the shop.

Basically its a 28"x40" frame with 2x Colt 1911's. Both ".32" and have barrels+slides welded and firing pins shaved as required by Australian Laws. Basically there is no way to use the guns. Both guns are mounted on the back-plate at an angle with Kangaroo icon in the middle. It was made custom for someone local.

Now I want one made exactly like this but with different icon in the middle for one of my uncles.

Is there any law prohibiting this to INDIA. Considering gun import is prohibited but these are destroyed guns, how would this come out ???
