The ring is caused due to lead formation in most cases ,about the price, this is not a well concealable gun and seems quite heavy as well so for those who want the handgun for sake of conceal carry this won't attract any attention.
As per being .22 this could be seen as a drawback for the discerning few who want the stopping power as good as .32 or .38 kurtz .
Yet being a high performance gun this could attract anything between 1.25 to 1.5 for it, rest is how good you can bargain.

Considering the profile of the barrel and the crown (I checked other resources) this is one loud banger

its .22 LR

you could be right.
however i was thinking about something else which would depend on the owners knowledge, unable to say at the moment as lack of info. but reminds me of something i once came across.

The price would vary depending upon where the pistol is.The prices seem to be higher down south than in the north, especially for .22's.

naga you mean this one in supressed , naaaah suppressed barrel has to have a removable upper block that is used for holding the dampening devices and also for releasing the gases by sides else it won't function as a suppressor.
None is visible in any of the pic, I am sure its a loud bang .
LionHeartGuru , please jump in and let the public have some light on this suppressed idea

.
Regards

I have seen the same pistol with an army officer, no, it does not have suppressor. I maybe interested in it, but definitely not at that kind of price (2l)

back up one point as i said 'it almost looks to be suppressed barrel'
not that it is one, suppressors are banned, against the arms act.
the reason i said this is that may hi stand were made suppressed . ok let me say it my way. i have seen few that are so at first glance it looked like.
glad to be proven wrong.

gentlemen
this gun, as far as i have fired does not make much of a bang, just a small "tick" like sound.
it is fully automatic, once you load the magazine you need not care about anything else
to "moderator"-i will certainly take care of ur instruction
this gun was owned by my father an ex- goverment class I officer and imported in 80's before i was born and now lies with a arms dealer otherwise i could have posted a few pics as well
as of now the dealer i contacted told me , that it will not fetch me more than 50thousand in kolhapur(MH) and i cannot have more than 3 weapons which i already have .

if the dealer says 50k then its worth to him 1.5l.
my advice is get it cleaned out and take good pic like in the link above. and put it up for private sale. the dealers have to make a profit but not rip you off.
if the dealer gets to know of your intentions be warned that he might do something under hand to the pistol. of course i do not mean all dealers and am sure you would know what your dealer is like.
