I got interested in Hi-Standard Sentinel revolvers after "art-collector" posted the pictures of a NIB .22 Hi-Standard Sentinel revolver here. And look what my internet search resulted in ........................
http://www.mouseguns.com/blast/pink.htm
I learnt that "pink coloured " handguns were available as early as 1957 !!!
It would be very interesting at this juncture to take a
feed back from all the female members here, how many of you would like to own a pink coloured handgun ? Oops I am sorry, there might be some gentlemen too who would like to own a pink handgun ...................
best,
RP.

We should shift this to the "humour" section..
this handgun has an uncanny resemblance to the "all aluminum IOF 0.22 8 shot rev" do you think so??
back to the topic.. If someone gets me a license in my name and gifts me this gun.. i will keep it.. My new policy will be - Laughter is the best weapon"
on other thoughts.. my wife may not mind owning something in pink???

This revolver was made in 1957 , much earlier than the IOF toy. Yeah resembles a bit I guess .

Naturally...my manhood will be questioned..if I am found with it.. imagine surrendering it to the PS during election time.. imagine the embarrassment I will have to go through!!!

Way back in the late 1960's, I knew a guy who owned a small grocery store and carried one of these pink pistols for protection against robbers. His gun may have been pink, but no one laughed at him since he was quite willing to draw it.
