Post by AryanK » Wed Jan 08, 2025 11:10 pm

Hello would appreciate any feedback on quality and reliability of Kiehberg 1911 sub compact - and also an idea on the pricing. Thank you. Is it good for everyday conceal carry ?

Any options suggested ?

Hi!

Kiehberg 1911 (GIRSAN 1911) Sub Compact is a 100% imported weapon assembled in India by Mr Christian Ertle & Mr Olaf Beishiem who have worked for Beretta, Walther, Anschuts, Umarex etc for more than 20 years and offer their expertise in assembly process as well as Quality management.

The magazines are imported from ACT Mag Italy and are very very reliable. Its a conceal and carry EDC weapon with very minimal recoil when compared to other 45 weapons in India. very light weight only 710 grams without magazine.

GIRSAN Turkey is also a proud recepient of the Handgun of the year award by American Rifleman Association in Shot Show Las Vegas USA. USA market is considered a benchmark of weapon quality and Girsan has a big presence there along with 55 other countries as well as being the chosen weapon for Turkish & Malaysian Armed forces.

The weapon comes with a very attractive Leather Negrini case as well as Ballistol gun oil. The company offers a lifetime warranty as well as a guaratee of 10,000 accurate shots which is unprecedented in the Indian market.

Hope this helps!

Very minimal recoil when compared to other 45ACP weapons???Minimal recoil in a light weight pistol with. 45 ACP loads???
Please do not flood this forum with trash. The pistol may have excellent build quality, machining and accuracy but definitely not what you describe above.
