Quality issues in new pistols

Came across this video. The guy mentioned some problems with Gretta pistol which came up after 6 months:



He also mentioned in another follow-up video how the company was cooperative and rectified the problems:


It seems like Indian manufacturers still have a long way to go, as far as quality and durability of their products are concerned. Most people in India would have very limited ammo quota. As a result their guns are not shot very often, and problems like this one rarely come out

He said this is only pistol in India with a decocker, not correct, Taurus also comes with a decocker

Secondly he said that to fire the pistol from hammer down position, cock it with thumb. He should know that its a double action pistol and hammer will be cocked automatically with the pull of trigger.
