.38 bore webley

Guys...

There is a webley scot .38 bore pocket revolver in our family...

Engravings read -
webley & Scot Ltd Birmingham.
R B Rodda calcutta
mark - III

What do these indicate...I haven't found much about mark 3 on net..

R B Rodda was a retailer in kolkata.They had branches in other cities also.R B Rodda was closed down some 30,40 years ago.They ordered firearms from major British firearm manufactures in big quantities and their name stamped on them.Post some clear pictures with proof marks and other markings on revolver.Mark III didn't had a safety

How safe is 1930 made webley .38 revolver for firing the usual .380 mk II cartridges made by IOF..
