Blank gun importing in India - NO BAN!

Its mean may order many many blank firing pistols IZH 79-8 on a plant, after this if have gun making license may legal convert this pistol in Makarov 32 ACP, only need new barrel in 32 acp (made in India), change barrel and stamp new marks on pistols

all this pistols in topic, if have normal business partner, can start producing in India and have mark "made in India", licenses to private companies for the production of weapons are issued in India since 2016

Russian shooter3, thanks for letting me know.I was unaware of this. If in case the production of such hand gun production materialise, it will surely be of much benefit for the gun enthusiast.
