I am new to this forum .
I am a resident of kolkata , so if anyone is from kolkata having an arms licence , can you please tell me the procedure how to get apply and get the licence?
Also that i went to the North Kolkata Rifle Club today, the person managing the range told me that i can't import any pistol or rifle from out of the country , is there any legal procedure to import a .32 pistol or do i have to buy IOF made pistols only ?

welcome, you should be able to get the licensing details from your police licensing branch. Usually you to fill the form with 2 proofs, ID and residence proof. Then usually they ask for medical certificate, additionally you can support your application with rifle association memberships.
