Expert guidance pl - 2nd handgun / replacement / rifle

Greetings... Request expert guidance pl. I hold an all india license. own a .22lr revolver.
I am keen to further own a .32 semi auto pistol. and a .32 rifle. how difficult is it to get permission for these?
I am a life member of a rifle club. Not participated as yet in any competition. civilians can own 3 guns. but practically speaking
do the authorities give permissions easily? Kindly guide and oblige...
