Mark 4 is one piece and the cylinder comes out sidewards while in Mark 3, is center break. I think so. Maybe you can call up their factory and ask them as well ! Thanks.

Farook this video published by someone by the name of Prateek Gupta from Lucknow and posted by you on this forum is a glaring example of firearms irresponsibility.
Shooting a firearm on a rooftop in what appears to be a densely populated area is not only dangerous but illegal as well. You can see houses all around and there are windows and balconies standing at greater heights !
A brick wall standing at 90 degrees is not a backstop but an invitation to danger.
The guy is apparently shooting at the wall from approximately 20 feet and the target appears to be a piece of packing material set on a wooden skeleton of a
charpai or khatiya !!
Is this forum a place where you can post anything ?
Please explain

TC I am not justifying about where he is shooting the weapon. No doubt this is a not just dangerous but can have a person booked under the arms act for negligence of using a firearm. I am sure all of us who know about fire arm safety understand this. This video is just about the revolver in action and nothing else. Thought others may want to see it. This is the only video of the IOF mark 4 on youtube at this point.

Farook it won't cost the earth if you cannot show the world how the IOF Mark 4 IOF looks like.
But it may cost a life if someone in this forum gets inspired by this video out of ignorance or enthusiasm.
I told you in the past that IFG is the only forum in India where people come to either learn or contribute with seriousness and sincerity.
By posting this video on IFG you have acted irresponsibly.
Now coming to the Mark 4 in the video.
Well, I have seen it twice and the revolver being fired is clearly a Smith and Wesson with 3 inch barrel. In full screen you can make out its shape, the typical ramp front sight, the hammer, the ejector rod and the monogram on the wooden grip panel. It is also apparent that the revolver is well used and not a new one. If, by any chance, it is not a Smith then it is surely a similar clone made by Rossi or Erma. But I would still say its a Smith.
Farook you not only fail to identify a firearm but even make the blunder of trusting its title and posting it on this forum.
Quite unacceptable I would say.

TC The title clearly says and he shows it. It's an Iof mark 4.

When he shows the close up of the revolver with IOF markings, you can clearly see that it is a break-top revolver and is not the same as the one being fired.
Pause the video and look at it, you can clearly see the hinge.
Also note that when the cameraman shows the IOF revolver, he has it pointed right at his buddy, the shooter.
So in addition to the unsafe gun handling and the lack of any type of ear or eye protection, the video was apparently made to deceive the viewer?
Farook, how come every time you are corrected and told that you are wrong, you have to argue about it? It would be one thing if you are correct but you are wrong every time.
You're coming out of suspension (heck, it's only been two days) and you're already up to your old tricks?

No one is sure about Mark IV loading tech...& unsafe gun handling is unsafe being its mark X. Cause of these stupid peoples its so ha4d to obtain gun licence in UPE & I would seriously ask Mr. YASHVI YADAV to cancel licence of these insane people at once. Though my licence is on stake but iam happy that its not being given to these peopls.

That's really good.We don't need a guy who thinks "he is the only one right person everybody else is wrong in this world".

What is all this Mark 1...2...3...4 nonsense about? At the end of the day,it is still a shoddily made, over price product sold by an organization that should have been wound up long ago and all the valuable real estate occupied by it sold off to the highest bidder.
