Friends,
Need your opinion on followings before I finally buy:
1. Is walther ppk/l a good weapon
2. What should be the approx cost of ppk and ppk/l today.
3. Llama with a ventilated ribs ( new model) original bluing at 10L- is the price good and does this weapon deserve this high cost.
4. Any other options in this price range.

Have you not included the many J frame Smiths so commonly available and should fit well within that budget? I think nothing beats a J frame Smith or a similar revolver for occasional concealed carry in terms of bang for the buck...but that's my personal opinion.
