It`s not a 7 mm - it`s a 7.65 x 21 - and the pistol described is the OP00 as adopted by the Swiss army in 1900. The pistol was made in Germany and examples in good condition are quite rare .... and very expensive.
There are several later examples of the `Luger` ( the P08 and variants ) chambered for the 7.65x21 that were built commercially and for various military contracts. All P08s are pretty pricey ..... especially in India I would imagine.

Yes you`re right, The OP00 was made by Waffenfabrik Bern. I thought it was German made but the Swiss made it under licence.
It`s still quite rare and still expensive.
