Great video there, Vikram :)

Of course Jerry is the "Last of the Mohicans" these days with Bob Mundane no more.

Now when do we see you doing that with your pistol

Good find, Jerry is one of the most versatile shooters out there. While some excel in one discipline or the other, Jerry does well in all.

"so, lessee, we got two 26 round magazines here". LOL

Hey, I can't do that!

Seriously, it is sort of like being a musician. To do these kinds of things, one has to practice, practice, and practice. (at least, that's what Ignacy Jan Paderewski said about playing a piano!)

But no matter how much one practices, doing stuff like this is only for a few who were born with the gifts to do it.

Amazing, brilliant!

24 hits out of a possible 26 with each hand, at 21 feet - WOW

Thanks for sharing Vikram

No!

I will note that, when you say "You don't have ammo limits," such a statement implies that people outside India have unlimited wealth. There may not be a limit on the amount of ammunition we can buy, but there is normally a limit to what can be afforded!

To shoot like this, even if one has the physical and mental talent to do so (which, IMO, is rare) still requires a great deal of practice. Shooting enough to be able to do these kinds of things means that one cannot reload, because there wouldn't be enough time in the day for 5 people to reload enough for this sort of thing. For example, in the last exercise, he burned through nearly a whole box of 50 rounds in less than a minute. How many times would one need to practice this before achieving these results? That is a lot of ammunition!

Secondly, I will note that this video is very deceiving: the shooter makes this look so easy. Well, when you watch Madhuri Dixit or SRK dance, they make it look easy too, but if 99.99% of us tried it, we would look like fools. It would be the same here. Maybe some of our illustrious shooters here on IFG could make a stab at it an look pretty good, compared to the rest of us, but even they, I think, would bust a lot of caps before they could turn in this sort of performance.

Just like SRK and Madhuri dance for a living, Bob Munden and fellows like this guy shoot for a living. That's all they do. Someone advances them a bunch of ammunition (in this case, Smith & Wesson) because watching this guy shoot is good marketing. It makes all of us want to run down and buy an M&P and try it ourselves. But not very many of us would approach this fellow's abilities.

But, I will confess, I would sure like to try!

I have tried one stationary target with a gun in each hand.
Even that is difficult.
the brain somehow cant focus at two things at the same time.
+1 timmy.

I remember Bob Mundens interview in which he said that the amount of time and practice it takes it to be a good shot (like him), most shooters in the wild west literally couldnt afford to be good shots.

Even in a gun-autocratic state like the uk allows me to have virtually unlimited ammo. but i cant afford t shoot as many rounds as say for instance vincent hancock to be a skeet champion.

Lol..... reminds me of my dad. He taught applied maths and when he did long calculations, he would stand at the middle in front of the board, start writing with his left hand and continue with his right without moving his feet......exhibiting perfect handwriting. Students used to be more interested in watching him do this than in understanding the calculation...and I was one of them
