You have three choices. The pistol called ashani and two revolvers a shot barrel and the long barrel all made by the Indian Ordinance factory. As we know the longer the barrel the further and more accurate the bullet goes as its subjected to more rifling. While the revolver has a two to four week wait period the pistol takes around five months. Of the three I would take the pistol as it balances better as compared to a revolver where the heavier components are out of your grip.

You need to fill in the form here. Be prepared for the worst ever customer service you may have seen ever. Need I mention here if your booking a new weapon it cannot be sold for 60 months from the date of purchase... http://ofbindia.gov.in/index.php?wh=reg_form&lang=en

Kanpur I believe is where they are made. My friends got the call letter in 2 to 4 weeks depending upon the holiday season....
