One of the finest pistols ever made by James Browning(Colt 1903). Ideal for conceal carry as well. It was issued to high ranking officers in the U.S. Army and quite a few trickled down into India. the original parkerized pistols command a premium price in The U.S. Nowhere near the prices that the less then ordinary handguns command here though. All the 1903s I have used and fired have been exceptionally accurate for its size even with IOF ammo. This Colt pistol has a concealed hammer mechanism which may be dicey for Rookies from safe handling point of view.
If the condition as you claim is excellent, one shouldn't mind paying little extra then the existing market price for it'll certainly give back much more if one ever decide to rid it in future.

I got on to suggest not to buy being old susceptible to eroded parts etc etc etc rather go for the desi clone IOF Ashani and get it spruced up from competent gun smith say Bobby from patiala..but this piece looks great suggest taking the serial number conduct some more research such pistols were issues till WWII and after to senior staff officers of US defense forces.

Colt .32 ACP Hammerless is a classic and considered as one of the best self defense pistol in its category. From the picture the pistol is in pretty decent shape considering its age and Indian scenerio. in US a .32 ACP Colt would cost you somewhere $750 - $850 (for excellent condition) , so I should not comment on 7.5 L price when very well knowing the price band of indian firearms market. So at the end of the day its your call when it comes to price but quality wise from the picture it will be a worth taking peice in my honest opinion.
