I want to know that belos mantioned thing

1) Can a Pb (Prohibited bore) Licence holder can purchase the 12 gage shotgun, 32 and 380 acp calliber pistol. In shot i want to know that can pb licence holder can purchase the NPB FIREARMS( ALL FIREARMS WHICH STAND IN CATERGIES OF NPB LICENCE)

No. He can only purchase the type of firearm mentioned on his license. Only if it is written something like PB/NPB then he may purchase either type. But why would PB license holder like to purchase usually costly NPB firearms? If I am not wrong PB firearms are usually much cheaper as compared with NPB firearms.
