My first attempt 8 years back I was feeling very righteous after returning from the UK and I tried using RTI etc and it backfired spectacularly.. they have 1000's of reasons to reject at various levels if they feel you are being too 'smart'.. a more 'Indian' approach works better I guess
Thanks. I am in the 5th year of my application, and the file just passed City Magistrate office 15 days back. Waiting for the next stop, which is SP City office, as I was told.
If the files comes back all positive, still the DM office has the ultimate say and most of the time they reject..so you need some good follow up there
Yes, I managed to take a look at the file, and till now everything is good. Waiting to reach at the DM office and looking for the sources to get approval from there.
