The weapon cannot be transferred to your name if your cousin applies for a transfer of residence and imports it in his name

If my uncle his father;american citizen aged 62 years wants to help then what can be done ??? Any way of doing it then ??

Nope, only the owner of the weapon can import the weapon, he needs to be having it in his name for a min of 365 days as per the purchase bill along with a min of 365 day of multiple or single stay visa. After you import it it can be sold only after 10 years of import or after the licensee has attained the age of 60. I am not sure on this is if members can reconfirm it, I was told that after a TR weapon has been sold the seller loses his arms license for life...

if my uncle owns the gun,is an american citizen,multiple visas he has , age 62 years, owns the weopon from past 3 years, wants to give it to me then what steps to begin from ???

Assuming that he is living in India now and gun is with him in India he can sell the gun to you, if you have a valid license of course
