Re: Handguns to be imported from US
Avi,
So are you planning to get a handgun from there to India? I would say just get the handgun at least till Delhi customs and the take it from there. I guess the same TR rules will to you too when returning to India and if the Australian govt allows it.

@Bhargav,
I had all all permits & clearance from Customs in Aus, even I spoke to Customs in Delhi, They said as soon as you get License from Delhi & pay duty on firearm we wont even take 1 day to release you firearm. Since i got my license application refused i didn't bring it with me. I will get this license crap sorted first...

Wow very nice. What are the two pistols? oh looks like one is Beretta and the other pistol is a browning 1910.
So which one are you planning to bring over to the "difficult side".

Re: Handguns to be imported from US
Actually I like Beretta handling wise & very easy to clean as barrel comes out without unscrewing anything but still I will bring Browning, this is as new, not even a single mark on it 1926 made, fired approx 50 rounds & all by me. It has spare mag too. This will probably be only firearm in India in this model with abovestated condition...
