He is perhaps referring to 9 mm Corto/Short aka .380 which is a NPB

Seadragon in your budget you are better off buying an IOF .32 Rev or Pistol...any good imported fire arm including the ones you are refering too will cost North of 3 L

Doc & Sanjay million thanks for the info. Sanjay you'd guessed right I was actually mentioning a NPB. One more query...is there a ban on buying NSP weapons from the ex-defence personnel. Pls advise.
