Re: Misallinged Cylinder Of Revolver
That is a rather broad question, as it depends on too many factors- the make of gun, degree of misalignment, style of bullet, etc.
About the easiest thing to predict is shaving of the bullet on one side, which throws the shavings of lead to the side of the shooter which is quite dangerous to the face of anyone standing next to the shooter. More severe cases can result in a blown up gun.

Please have it looked at and fixed by a competent gun smith.
Please do not try to shoot this weapon until a clean bill of health has been provided by gunsmith.

One may find it easier to remedy this problem if one's revolver happens to be a Smith & Wesson or the one with similar type of lock work. Colt revolvers have more complicated innards and I doubt if any one in India can correct it as it needs major alteration work on rebounding bar and cylinder hand. only a smith who's done a lot of work on Colt types should attempt it. Not that it cannot be corrected. One should avoid shooting the tool as rightly suggested by Moa till then. Also, selling such a fire arm is being unfair to the prospective buyer.
