Mark2 GSF chrome plating peeling off.

1.My 6 months old Mark2 GSF chrome plating peeling off... Just a wee bit... Any remedy? Please suggest. Will the GSF re-do it under warranty?
2. I think, the barrel groves of the pistol are not deep enough as compared to the other pistol ( Mark 1 Gsf) which one of my friend has.

1. Just get rebluing done from gunsmith. If you are far away from Kolkata then it will be a headache to get it re done from GSF.

2. I am sure you did not measure the depth of grooves by some proper tool and you are only guessing so I would advice you to stop worrying about that. We Indians don’t shoot our weapons enough to wear out the grooves.

Get it reblued or cerakote
But also go through the new Rules ammended that modifing a IOF / RFI / GSF made handguns cannot be modified or changed its shape or color
