I all Im new to the forum, lurk around on occasion searching ideas and items. Recently came across this piece. Iy looks like a Webly C 320. I believe its brass or brass plated. Does not have the Weby name on it or a serial number. It has c 320 on the left side in front of cylinder. It has R.Ramsbottom. Manchester along the topf the frame. That is all the markings I can find. ? I have, Is it a Webly? Is it a 320 BP calibre? Significance of the engraving?
