Yes have heard that but if anything happens soon than only its of use .moreover .40 is useless as ammo is very expensive.45 is also not cheap to practice regularly.

A welcome step! If they're actively advertising 40 and 45 then they're clearly testing the civilian waters as well. I'd say they do plan to offer them in some time. Now, if only S&W will join in the fun
