Foreign hand gun brands manufacturing

Dear All

I am keen to buy a new pistol and sell my Bernadelli 0.
32 calibre. Please help me with 3 queries:

1. Are the foreign brands Colt, walther, berreta starting manufacturing in India soon? If yes any idea of time line? I know webley pistol will be available in Jan 2020 as a friend has got the contract.

2. Will the quality of these Indian made handguns be the same as foreign manufactured or be good enough?

3. What price should i get for my Bernadelli?
