Thanks again for another fantastic post. ALl that I know about Damascus other than what I have read is that I love the way it looks. It is a good thing that the art of making Damascus is being revived in both the traditional methods employed by Brno for their rifles and the high tech method used by Damasteel for Flodman and others.
I have been hearing rumours that one of the big London companies is planning to start offering Damascus barreled shotguns after almost seventy five years though I do not have exact information about this yet. I shall post as soon as the information is confirmed and ask the gentleman who has given it to me to supply some pictures for these forums.
