I would say choose a revolver or a pistol that is concealable.
maybe a pistol in 32auto or a 327 mag revolver.

You can but you will be allowed to leave with only one.The other will be a gift to the Indian Govt.Is there a possibility that I can bring a handgun AND a pump action shotgun in this TR move?

But didn't he mention in some previous post that he will be carrying one in his wife's license? so am sure that if he does that it cannot be a gift to the Indian Government.

Well in my understanding, you are required to transfer of residence and you can not do it more than once - HajiKumar_Virginia wrote:

well you can do a Transfer of residence only once per two years. And in this two years you should be residing in the foreign country and should be out of *that* country not more than 6 months.Hammerhead wrote:Well in my understanding, you are required to transfer of residence and you can not do it more than once - HajiKumar_Virginia wrote:
