Colt Hammerless 32 acp calliber nice pistol. Is it is safy to carry when the cartidge loaded in the chamber.

Some people suggests carrying Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless without one in the chamber. If I remember correctly that trend started after a guy allegedly dropped a Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless and it accidentally fired killing him. I have a doubt about that story (Can't find it now, I was young and new to firearms at that time). My personal belief is that it's safe to carry it with one round in the chamber since it has grip, manual and magazine safety. Just follow the rules of gun safety and you'll be fine.

FUN FACT: 70% of the accidental discharges are actually negligent discharge
