The gun in question is a Greener GP single barrel 12 bore gun.For the record, there was no one behind the camera.So, the gun safety rules were strictly observed whilst making this video.

A clarification.Silencers are considered part of a firearm.So if a person has a license for a firearm,he would be able to won one legally.However only a person who has a license to manufacture a firearm can manufacture a silencer.
So ownership is legal as long as it has been legally manufactured.

"Was talking to "Grampa" and he was chuckling at his new appellation.LOL.
And below is the view from my position looking towards the camera position....as you can see a safe background of Welsh hill. The top of the fence posts are about head height.
