1. Government recognized rifle club membership.
2. Usual documents for proof of identity and residence like voter card etc.
Process is, fill the license application form very carefully, attach the photocopies of relevant documents and submit it to your local licensing authority. Take the official receipt of application submission. Then wait and do the next logical steps. May search this forum about experiences of others.
Prices can vary a lot depending on the condition, type and quality of the shotgun. May search this forum or contact gun dealers after locating their contact details from yellow pages section of this forum.

The first thing First. The AL. Try to get the AL and for rest you can get a lot of resources in this forum.

Thank you one and all for the support can any one tell me what will be the price for shotgun 12 gauge and the ammo price also please this is all about skeet (or) rapid fire
It's my dream to learn skeet (or) rapid fire so please can I get any information are any suggestions
