I was watching Pawn star today and saw a guy brought a 3 Trigger shotgun. The visual did not last long as they will continue on the next episode of pawn stars. The gun just gave me some interest and decided to go on web and dig out some information about such a gun.

Here's what I found.

It's a Stevens "3 trigger shotgun",It's an outside hammer, double barrel shotgun. It was originally made in 10 and 12 gauge with 30" and 32" Damascus barrels. The action and the hammers were case-hardened. It was advertised as available on special order with one rifle and one shot barrel in 38 and 44 caliber.
It had double trigger guards and three triggers, the front guard and single trigger release the latch to open the barrels and the rear guard with double triggers fires the gun. It was made from 1876 to 1884.

The 3 trigger shotgun is the model 1877 and was made in 10 & 12 ga.Damascus barrels. The model was made until 1882 and came in a variety of options including steel barrels in many lengths. 24 to 32 inches. The third trigger as you know opened the gun and the extractors presented the spent shells.
The barrels were actually made in Europe and marked J.Stevens & Co..

Interesting find,Zaheer. There are quite a few designs involving barrel opening levers. Baikal single shots still use something similar though not an exact copy of what you posted.
