Well IOF did manufacture pump action 12 bore till a while I am not really sure they still do or not but for this I am sure that they have phased out giving guns to civilians although they were till few years ago and as far private manufacturers producing pump action 12 bore not really heard off and chances are way much bleak if there is any, In many parts of India people do own IOF manufactured pump actions but imported ones are also widely available. A decent IOF manufactured should retail aroung 1.5-2.0L and imported say Remington or Winchester somewhere between 3-5L. IOF manufactured pump actions have cartridge stuck issues with it a lot.

PAG is no more allowed for civilians. IOF has discontinued the same, earlier also the quality was like country made pistol.
From IOF website -
http://ofbindia.gov.in/index.php?wh=Spo ... ms&lang=en
"12 Bore Pump Action Gun (PAG)
This weapon is not to be sold to Individual and dealers."
Thanks God they discontinued...it was shabby quality
Cheers...
