"o/u or sxs" -- I would suggest sxs because you said you need an easy carry gun. SXS are lighter in weight compared to o/u and therefore easy to carry.
""short barrel or long" -- Short barrel because they are easy to carry and light weight.
"pistol butt or long butt" -- long butt because full butt helps in aiming and hitting your taget accurately and also it helps in controlling the quite heavy recoil of 12 gauge shotgun.
"imported or Indian" -- In 1 Lac budget you can get a decent imported sxs.
Or you can buy Indian made for around 25 K and save 75 K ruppees. Indian guns are reliable but heavier than imported ones. Now days you can get Indian
dbbl guns having single trigger and two piece ejectors. I would advice you to search the market for both imported and Indian gun and buy the one that suits your need.
P.S. While buying a shotgun keep in mind that there are guns with extractors and ejectors.

Short barrel or long barrel ---- Take a 30" inch barrel
Pistol / LOng butt-- Suggested Long butt because with pistol butt you could not aim the target perfactely
Imported or Indian Shotgun -- Not Imported,( because 1985 Govt banned import of firearms. And according to this reason Imported Shotgunare not reliable because dealer ALTER/TEMPER WITH THE GUN( BUTnot all, Maney of them). Be care full when you purchased a Second hand Imported Gun whether Its DBBL/SBBL or Pistol or any kind of firearms . Than only choice are for Indian Shotgun, Viccso, Gharidhari Lal & sons , IOF manafactured but before 1985 ,Hesbee and others

Glock 25: Would you mind telling us how and why a "SxS is better than O/U"; and why you would recommend a 30" barrel. I don't think he wants to shoot trap, shoot waterfowl, or compete in live pigeon.

Please state the reasons , why a shotgun in SxS configuration is better than a shotgun in O/U configuration .
Plus could anyone suggest me , an Indian made , O/U shotgun with 28 inch barrel in 12 gauge , with long stock and with ejectors ?
Thanks
