I don't think you'll find a pump action shotgun with folding butt here. IOF used to manufacture pump action shotguns but they stopped in early 2000 or in the late 90's. You might be able to find one but expect to pay a huge price for it.

Pump action shotgun 12 gauge with folding stock, good quality made by Daudsons Armory Pakistan available at a price of PKR 18000/-
Why are the prices of arms and ammo is on higher... Very higher side.
In 80-90 k we have world top brands available like mossberg, beretta, sarsilmaz, stoeger.

I just want to know why prices are too higher???

It is because of some very corrupt and cunning elements sitting in Ministry of Home Affairs in New Delhi. They do not trust the citizens of this country and have played games to artificially inflate the prices so that arms and ammunition are beyond reach of common citizens. In around 1986 import of firearms was banned and is still continuing. There is only one company in the entire country i.e. IOF that manufactures rifles or handguns. They are always kept in short supply. There are some private manufacturers of shotguns. They are not allowed to make pump action shotguns. They can only make a few SBBL or DBBL shotguns as per their limited yearly "quota" on manufacturing license. This artificially created demand and supply gap is the cause of high prices.
