Ultimate shotgun? I guess you mean it suits your needs. Well, since it has semi-auto firing mode it would be PB in India also acquiring one would be next to impossible due to the ban on importation of firearms. I wonder if Benelli M3 would properly cycle with KF ammo in semi auto mode.
When I'll get to shoot a gun?

Priyan is correct, any semi-auto "long gun" would be classified as PB.
