Spanish Shotguns

Post by Sakobav » Tue Nov 17, 2009 9:27 am

The shotgun manufacturers mostly are from Basque region of Spain.

Check this article by Chuckhawk.

Spanish Gun makers:
Per Chuckhawk following 3 are considered best shotgun manufacturers.

The last one was also recommended by Grumpy

Another highly recommended was Zabala by Grumpy

http://www.norica.es/index.php?opt=2&fam=12 ( is this Zabala ? came here via www. zabalahermanos.com?)

Another good one is Kamen or Kemen Shotgun I found out about this gun in India. A trap shooter from Punjab
probably has ordered one of these. Grumpy also recommended this make.

Lanber does pretty good business in UK an affordable gun.

Nice shotguns to say the least, but they are way too expensive for me.

Some day maybe..

The used Lanbers/Zabala (Both belong to same company) are quite entry level guns but good quality.

The rest can get quite expensive, but much less than a London bespoke gun of which they are patterned on.Pedro Arrizabalaga are called "Purdey of Spain",still producing very limited number of guns per year.Nice guns.

Best-
