Tool to archive personal messages

Hi
I had been facing a small issue I was filling up my PM space.
To fix this I have written a small PM archiving tool screenshot as under.

It doesn't have many features but if you would like to have it do let me know.
In time I may add more features as per requests.

You would need Windows XP and .Net framework for it.

I would provide a detailed guide for its usage.

In case a better tool exists let me know then I will use it.

agreed, however I want to take a shot at archiving as there is so much of specific info in it which is worth its weight in gold to me...
