Guinness World Records for getting letters published in news

Subhash Chandra Agrawal and Madhu Agrawal get unique distinction by both being listed in Guinness World Records for getting letters published in newspapers! Subhash has two Guinness records namely for most letters published in newspapers till date, and most published in a particular newspaper till date (319 in Hindustan Times till 30.06.2004). Madhu has been listed in Guinness for having published maximum (334) letters published in all the newspapers combined in a particular calendar year 2003 apart from being adjudged as world-record holder by Limca Book of Records for maximum published letters by a woman!

Subhash-Madhu duo is actively engaged in social work by their vigorous writing of letters in newspapers/ magazines on vast range of topics concerning national and public interest. They are often called for discussions on their suggestions by authorities, and these suggestions are considered at highest levels. Their letters are not only published in Indian publications, but also in newspapers of foreign countries including UK and Pakistan.
