My PM is not working i have new messages but cant read it.PLz help

First try clearing all of your cookies.

Up on the top of the screen is the tab "user control panel", click on that and select "user control panel" again as it is one of the options.

It will bring up the first tab, labelled "overview", now at the bottom of the page click the link to "Delete all board cookies". Now a word of warning, you will need to sign in again so make sure you have the proper email address listed so if for some reason you cannot log in it will at least send the log in info to the proper email, otherwise you are in trouble as the password cannot be reset and sent to your email account.

now it is working .as my inbox was not full only 33 messages out of 50 messages inbox is available.
