as seen in the clip,people carrying guns, not knowing its proper use,can be dangerous not only for one self but for others too.the guy shot dead was himself firing in air before he got shot.assume, if he would have been lucky enough not to got shot but there were chances of another guy getting shot by his fire.where the fun was??????
