Problems in contacting Ordanance Factory to buy a pistol

Hi Guys,
Got my pistol/revolver licence last week. I want to buy a OF pistol. Spoke to the guys in Chandigarh, but they told me they are not booking anymore. Have been trying to contact Cossipore factory but no one attends the tele numbers given on their website. Can anyone help me how to go about it.
