Need assistance in setting up an IFG trust asap.

The donations that IFG has been receiving are sent to Abhijeet's bank account and this is getting to be a problem for him.
Abhijeet did consult his CA but found the fees to be unreasonable and would prefer that a sizeable percentage of the donation does not end up in a CA's pocket.
Hence, could one of our members who is a chartered accountant help IFG set up a trust at the earliest.

what complaining about beer fund?
it should have a charitable status. would that be possible?

formation of trust is pretty much simple. His CA should guide him with the paper work. after which just like a company the trust can accept money. the mods can be made as trustees to take decisions for the trust.

I'm no expert, but I believe the 80G tax exemption is not granted immediately...
